Optional 1:1 High Power Sleeve Choke Balun
SE-2MC: 2 Meter Moxon Beam Antenna (Also tunable for use on the MURS Band)
Hours: Monday - Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)
The SE-2MC, 2-Meter Moxon Beam covers 144 to 148 Mc. at 1.5:1 or less VSWR. The SE-MC oxon can also be used on
the CAP frequencies when tuned for the 2 meter Ham Band, and can also be field tuned for the MURS Band. When retuned for the MURS
Band the SE-MC Moxon exhibits a VSWR of 1.3:1 or less.
Heavy Duty construction that allows 120 MPH wind survival
with 1/2" radial ice. The SE-2 MC features an isolated RF Connector. Constructed of aluminum, fiberglass, UV resistant
PVC, and stainless steel components for years of trouble free operation. The SE-2MC can be mounted horizontally for best CW/SSB
operation, or it can be mounted vertically for FM operation, STANDARD. Can be used for VHF rover operation, and strong enough
to be used for permanent fixed station operation as well. May be stacked with an optional phasing harness for higher gain
(+3 dB) fixed station applications. Equipped with a SO-239 (UHF Female), or an optional Type-N connector. An optional
high power sleeve bead choke balun is also available
