We provide a 30-day warranty on all our products. If it fails to function as designed SAL Electronics LLC Will repair or replace it free of charge within the warranty period to the original purchaser as long as the product was not damaged by lightning, other acts of God, or other casualty. SAL Electronics LLC reserves the right to make that determination. You are required to pay for shipping charges both to and from SAL Electronics LLC shipping address.
In no case will SAL Electronics LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, which includes, but is not limited to; damage to equipment connected or attached to any product SAL Electronics LLC sells.
Your sole and exclusive remedy upon failure to meet SAL Electronics LLC’s obligation to repair or replace as described above is refunded of the purchase price.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to products SAL Electronics sells shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Prices and specifications are subject to change. SAL Electronics is not responsible for typos or omissions.
SAL Electronics is required by law to charge 8.00% sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the State of Illinois.
Special Products
SAL Electronics can make special products/unique items in certain applications. Drawings for all special manufactured products will be furnished for final approval before manufacture, with a time required to manufacture. Price for special products are due in full prior to manufacture. Any special product built, sold, and provided to the customer is a non-refundable purchase.
Repairs
All requests for repair whether in Warrant or Out of Warranty, must be made by e-mail with details about the problem. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be assigned, and must be included and posted on the outside of the returned item for proper processing. The item(s) must be packaged in their original packaging. SAL Electronics will not be held liable for any item(s) lost or damaged in shipment. Repairs should be sent to:

Exchanges or upgrades must be received at SAL Electronics in the original, as-shipped, condition. Items received that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the option of SAL Electronics. All exchanges or upgrades must be received within the warranty period. One upgrade/exchange allowed per purchase. Custom orders are not refundable. Shipping charges to and from SAL Electronics, and any applicable PayPal fees are not refundable. Purchaser must contact SAL Electronics by email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping any item(s) to SAL Electronics. Pack the item in the original packing. Limitations of Liability: Except as expressed stated herein: SAL Electronics makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold by SAL Electronics, including but not limited to, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability that SAL Electronics has arising from any products sold by SAL Electronics shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall SAL Electronics, its owners, its officers, employees, or other representatives be held liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to the product(s) sold.
